Pulling the Scarlet Cord

The Bible is not a collection of disconnected stories, but one interconnected narrative woven together across centuries. One of those threads is the scarlet cord Rahab hung to her window in Jerico —a sign of faith that spared her family. But pull gently on that cord and it leads to Boaz, Ruth, King David, and ultimately to Jesus Christ Himself. The “Scarlet Cord” reminds us that even the smallest details of Scripture are connected to God’s greater story of redemption.

"Likewise also, was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she received the messengers, and sent them out another way?" James 2:25 KJV

This site is taking a new look at the Bible as an integrated whole rather than disconnected books, chapters and verses. It’s narrative approach, with historical grounding, and group application will lead to discoveries hidden in plain sight, and they will deepen your understanding of God and his plan of redemption.
